For over a period of twenty three years (23) years of operations, TSKI has been involved in different programs that helped the poor in CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas Regions, Zamboanga Peninzula, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region and Caraga. While its main thrust for social development is micro-enterprise, yet TSKI continued to pursue other programs that would address poverty in the different sectors of our community. Community Based Organizing
a. Community Based Enterprise Development Program (CBEDP) hopes to build and develop the entrepreneurial capacity of the ultra poor and self subsistence poor, while organizing the community on enterprise and providing viable BDS and expanding microfinance services in the community
b. Farmers Integrated Development Program (FIDA) is innovated program design for farmers in the countryside.
c. Indigenous Program for Aeta is designed to improve the lot of the very marginalized sector of our community by providing them the opportunity to increase their income and become a productive members of the community.

Educational Assistance

TSKI has provided educational assistance program, in partnership with Kauswagan Educational Foundation, inc., to the deserving children of its clients. The educational assistance covers the payments school tuition fees, school miscellaneous fees, book allowance, uniform allowance and monthly living allowance.

The qualified children by the clients should enroll in a 4 year college degree in school or universities which they choose to study.
