Taytay sa Kauswagan, (A Microfinance NGO), Inc. (TSKI) is more than a microfinance institution—it is a Christian development movement rooted in faith, compassion, and an enduring belief that every Filipino is born with the potential to live a life of dignity, purpose, and progress.

Established as a non-stock, non-profit organization, TSKI is committed to the total transformation of individuals and communities. We do this by providing microfinance and integrated support services that empower the marginalized especially women, small entrepreneurs, and grassroots families to rise above poverty through opportunity, accountability, and hope.

For decades, we have walked alongside those who are often left behind not only by offering access to capital, but by cultivating self-reliance, strengthening livelihoods, and nurturing spiritual and moral values. Our programs go beyond economic support, aiming to build resilient communities and inspire lasting generational change.
